SignSolutions is the online service that helps you contact us through a sign language interpreter.
To use the service, you’ll need a broadband speed of at least 1Mb and use Google Chrome version 27 and later, Mozilla Firefox version 38 and later, Opera version 23 and later, Microsoft Internet Explorer version 10, Apple Safari version 6 and later (Mac OS X only).
You can contact us through InterpretersLive! video between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday and 9am and 1pm on Saturday. However, the InterpretersLive! video service hours are 8am to 12pm, seven days a week, which means you can leave us a video message outside of our opening times and we’ll get back to you.

This service is accessible via PC and Mac. The PC minimum requirements to access this service are a windows operating system XP/Vista/8/7, a webcam and a minimum broadband speed of 400kpbs. The Mac works as above on version 10.6 and higher.
