how can I get supplies of the leaflet that the rules say we must send to consumers who complain?

The leaflet you need is your complaint and the ombudsman. It is available from us in packs of 25 at £5 per pack (including p&p). You will need to send us a cheque with the completed order form. You can also pay by BACS, debit card and credit card.
