how do I order multiple supplies of the ombudsman's consumer leaflet?
Our leaflet your complaint and the ombudsman – which the businesses we cover must send customers who have a complaint – is available in packs of 25 at £5 per pack (incl p&p).
Supplies are available free of charge to libraries and to consumer advice agencies, such as citizens advice bureaux and trading standards departments.
To obtain supplies of the leaflet, please complete our order form and post it to us, including a cheque (where applicable) made out to Financial Ombudsman Service Limited. We do not issue invoices. You can also pay by BACS, debit card and credit card.
