We get thousands of calls from consumers wanting to talk to us about their money-related complaints – and asking how they should take things further.
I know how frustrating it can be to feel that no one is taking your complaint seriously. It doesn’t matter whether the problem is large or small – I will always do my best to get things moving for the people I speak to.
This might mean giving the financial business you’re unhappy with the chance to sort things out itself first of all. Or it might mean we step in and take on the case ourselves.
